This project involved the renovation of a charming early 20th-century apartment in the heart of Gràcia, Barcelona.
The renovation preserved key architectural elements, such as the Catalan vaulted ceiling and exposed brick walls, adding warmth and character to the interior. A parquet floor enhances the sense of continuity and elegance, while the neutral-toned decor ensures a simple yet functional atmosphere, perfect for short-term stays.

The apartment features a bright and open living space, integrating the kitchen and living room, along with one bedroom and a bathroom.
